1. Order Confirmation Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message from our team to verify the details. Your order will be processed only after confirmation.

2. Delivery Time We deliver across all cities in Pakistan.

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2-4 working days.

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4-6 working days.

• Note: Deliveries may face slight delays during public holidays, extreme weather, or sale events.

3. Courier Partners We work with Pakistan’s most trusted courier services ( Post Ex) to ensure your parcel reaches you safely.

5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, we will send you a Tracking Number via WhatsApp. You can use this number to check the status of your parcel on the courier’s website.

6. Incomplete Address / Unreachable Phone Please ensure you provide a complete address and an active phone number. If the courier cannot contact you, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.
