1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy You can exchange or return items within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging with all tags intact.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Damaged or Wrong Item Received? If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please accept our apologies.

Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with a picture/video of the issue.

We will send you a replacement FREE of cost. You do not have to pay any shipping charges in this case.
4. Change of Mind / Size Issues If you ordered the wrong size or simply want to change the product:

We will happily exchange it for you.

In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us.
5. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp/Email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refunds will be transferred via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
